Desired Skills Very strong in embedded C/C programming skillsGood knowledge in design and Architecture of the SW and experience working with UML design tools like Enterprise ArchitectExpert knowledge of RTOS and AUTOSARMust have good understanding of automotive domainMust have demonstrated technical leadership as a software architect/product owner for at least one productGood understanding of embedded systems 32 bit microcontrollers, SOCs, Sensors, Actuators and other peripherals used in Embedded systemsStrong debugging skills in embedded environment and can solve issues with Watchdog, CPU Load and Memory Optimisation, Exceptions, Memory ProtectionGood proficiency in SW integration skills and has experience working with make files, linker scripts and different compilers like Greenhills, HighTec and GNUProficiency with tools like Lauterbach and other debuggers, CANoeProficiency with the AUTOSAR authoring tools like AUTOSAR builder, Davinici DeveloperExperience working in multi-core Automotive environmentProficiency with git, SVN and JenkinsUnderstands the ASPICE processes and has experience in deploying them in the development processesExperience in Functional Safety (ISO26262) and cybersecurity is an added advantageGood communication skills, self motivated and also able to motivate and mentor junior team members Your responsibilities Analyse software requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for Requirements clarification and refinementDefine software architecture for medium to complex projectsDemonstrate technical ownership in the project and collaborate, facilitate, and participate in technical discussionsAssist the Project Manager to mark the implementation dependencies and planning for the projectAssist team members in debugging the problems, performance optimisation etcPerform peer reviewsCollaborate with team management for defining and completion of organisational goals (tech paper, idea generation etc), team ramp-ups etcHelp in recruiting new engineers, mentor new team members and provide trainings where required
